Hire a Hot Tub – for a weekend or a whole week!

How much does it cost to hire a hot tub?

Weekend – £240 inc chemicals (see delivery charges)

Week – £290 inc chemicals (see delivery charges)

What’s included in the hot tub hire price?

When hiring a hot tub from HGS, you can be reassured that we are totally committed to providing an exceptional level of service to achieve customer satisfaction.
Once you have chosen your date and length of hire, we will arrange a convenient time to deliver and collect your hot tub. Installation is included in the hot tub hire price, as well as water checks and any water chemicals that will be required for longer term rentals. We will fill the tub using mains water and will provide instruction on how to operate the tub.

What size is the hot tub?

The hot tub available for hire is suitable for up to 5 people at any one time.

Do I need to check the water during the hire?

Yes, as the water balance can change during the hire period. It is highly recommended for people to shower before using the hot tub.

There is limited access to the rear of my property – how will you get the hot tub into my garden?

Access can be a problem, but our trailer can be manoeuvred sideways, so we can roll the hot tub along an average width path, however any access that is less than 1 metre wide and 2 metres high will be more difficult.

Where is the best position for a hot tub?

When selecting the site for your Hot Tub it is wise to consider the following:

Where is the sunniest position?
Does the location you have selected offer enough privacy, or is screening required?
Does the location give shelter from prevailing winds?
Can you run electric cabling to your chosen location?
Is the selected location accessible for delivery?
Electrical connections
The hot tub will require a dedicated 240 volt, RCD protected electrical circuit that is hard wired to the mains supply. Extension cords and plug-in type connections must not be used.

Are there any medical conditions which could be aggravated by using a hot tub?

If you suffer from a medical condition, particularly heart or blood pressure related or pregnancy, it is advisable to check with your GP before using a hot tub on a regular basis.

What happens if the hot tub gets damaged during the hire?

We hope that you will take good care of the hot tub whilst it is in your garden, but we understand that sometimes accidents do happen. We will require a £250.00 damage deposit to be made at the time of booking and/or delivery. Should the hot tub be returned with no damage, then we will refund the deposit in full on the day of collection once the hot tub has been checked. Should damage have been incurred, this will be assessed on the day and the repair cost will be deducted from your deposit. Should the repair costs amount to more than £250.00, then no deposit refund will be provided. This is the maximum you will be required to pay for damage.

Hot Tub Spa Party

"My son's birthday party was a steaming success - literally!  The boys thoroughly enjoyed the experience, so much so that they came back the next day for another dip!  The service was excellent.  Peter arrived promptly, installed the tub with ease and explained how to operate it and manage the chemicals, which were all provided.  An excellent service from start to finish.  Would definitely recommend - whatever time of year!
